Renewal Of Share Purchase Mandate (The "Share Purchase Mandate")

The Directors are pleased to announce that the Company has today despatched a letter to the shareholders of the Company dated 9 April 2008 (the "Letter") which contains, inter alia, details of the Share Purchase Mandate set out in Resolution 9 to be tabled at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held at 29 Senoko South Road Singapore 758083 on Friday, 25 April 2008 at 2 p.m.
The details of the proposed renewal of the Share Purchase Mandate are set out in the Letter, a copy of which is attached to this Announcement.
